About
As International Partner, Head of Asset Services, Regional Head Central Netherlands, and a member of the Strategic Leadership Team and RICS, Arjen leads a team of 160 professionals and has supported a large number of (international) clients across the full spectrum of Property Management. He has also advised national and international institutional investors on both direct and indirect cross-border investments and leasing.
Arjen began his career in 1997, working for international real estate firms. After spending 10 years working independently in real estate investments and leasing, he continued his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, initially as Head of Retail and, for the past five years, as Head of Asset Services.

My Team
Asset Services covers all commercial, technical, and financial activities related to the Property Management of assets across Offices, Retail, Living, Logistics, and Hotels.
The team consists of 160 professionals, primarily based in the Utrecht office, with several on-site teams at key properties such as the WTC and GHG in Rotterdam, WTC The Hague, and Secoya in Utrecht.
We work closely with our clients in strategic partnerships and aim to deliver our services through dedicated teams.
