Will has more than 40 years of professional experience in advising real estate clients. Qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with a commerce background. Will started his career in London and has been based in Singapore for most of the last 30 years providing advice throughout APAC and in global markets. Having led transformative growth for one of the largest international quantity surveying businesses, he now works with Cushman & Wakefield providing development and commercial advisory services. His expertise spans all built environment sectors, including commercial, education, institutional, retail, infrastructure and mixed-use precincts, with a strong emphasis on large-scale projects and integrated resorts. Will provides strategic guidance to governments, financiers, investors, developers and property owners, supporting new developments, asset repositioning and portfolio optimization through the entire asset lifecycle.
