Sam brings over 20 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects across diverse sectors including data centres, aviation, roads and tunnelling, logistics, and industrial developments. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Sam has also held senior leadership roles, serving as a company director for a global consultancy where he provided tailored solutions on complex, high‑value projects for clients worldwide.

Based in Singapore for more than 11 years, Sam has worked extensively with leading government agencies and private sector partners, contributing to some of the nation’s most significant developments.

As Head of Development & Commercial Advisory, APAC at Cushman & Wakefield, Sam leads the regional team, driving growth and strengthening the firm’s market presence across the built environment.
