Turning workplace and transformation strategy into outcomes that last
Carol Wong leads Strategic Consulting for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services platform across Asia Pacific, partnering with organisations to turn workplace strategy into meaningful, experience-led outcomes. With more than 25 years of experience, she has led workplace transformations for multinational organisations, working across strategy, transactions, project delivery and operations. Her strength lies in connecting these disciplines so decisions are not only well-designed, but carried through into how people work every day.
With an academic background in HR, Carol approaches workplace challenges through both a business and human lens. She combines industry insight with evidence-led diagnostics, behavioural understanding and deep listening to guide organisations toward the decisions that deliver measurable, lasting impact.
Across Asia Pacific, Carol works closely with leadership teams to move from intent to execution, embedding change through governance, services, capability building and leadership sponsorship. Her focus is on ensuring strategies reflect organizational priorities and translate into real, sustained employee experience.

How Carol Works
She leads with evidence, not just trends.
Carol uses quantitative and qualitative diagnostics to test assumptions, grounding decisions in how people actually work.
She makes trade‑offs clear.
From cost versus experience to standardisation versus local culture, Carol sets out trade‑offs directly so leaders can make intentional, defensible choices.
She focuses on execution from the start.
Carol moves strategy into practice through governance, services, training and leadership behaviour, so change is embedded, not just defined.
