About

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Trent spent three years in real estate private equity, underwriting more than $2 billion in transactions. That institutional experience gives his clients a distinct advantage, with a deep understanding of how landlords evaluate deals and where real leverage exists.

Today, Trent guides companies through every stage of the real estate process, including relocations, renewals, expansions, acquisitions, and dispositions.

As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Tenant Advisory Group in Fort Lauderdale, working alongside Jeff Holding and A.J. Belt, Trent represents tenants exclusively, never landlords. His clients benefit from real-time market insight, financial modeling, and a strategic negotiation approach that increases leverage, enhances flexibility, and delivers measurable savings.
