Todd Hanson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1997 and is a Senior Director and Team Leader focused on industrial real estate. Todd leads the Minneapolis - St. Paul Industrial Team which has established itself as one of the top industrial sales and leasing teams in the Twin Cities market. Todd has extensive experience in all facets of the industrial market- including new business development, landlord and tenant representation, new development. owner/occupier and investment sales, and client led multi-market work throughout the US.

With over thirty years of experience in the industrial market, Todd has completed transactions totaling more than 35 million square feet for major owners and users, with consideration in excess of $950 million. He currently handles a portfolio of over 3 million square feet for a variety of owners, landlords and investors, and works with a variety of corporate clients.
