Stephen Pestinger specializes in the brokerage of multifamily properties and land throughout Oklahoma. Stephen began his brokerage career in 2008, he’s been recognized as a Power Broker by Costar, received Top Producer honors numerous years among his peers, and received the “transaction of the year” award multiple times by the Commercial Real Estate Council.

Stephen brings a broad range of experience in deal sourcing, marketing, and structuring of real estate transactions for private capital investors, professional equity groups, and developers. He leverages his market knowledge and network of industry contacts to provide investors with the most accurate and up to date information regarding current market conditions, helping clients make informed decisions about their real estate investment needs.

His clients include high net worth investors, private family offices, professional equity groups, and developers at the local, regional, and national level. “I am available any time” he says. He is always willing to pick up the phone no matter the hour.  Stephen specializes in providing his clients with an excellent sales experience that is seamless from beginning to end.

Stephen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Venture Management. He’s married to his beautiful bride Kiffany and he’s the proud father of two young kids. Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, Church, sports activities, and all things outdoors.
