Robert specializes in all aspects of industrial real estate (tenant, landlord, buyer and seller representation). He assists companies with both acquisition and disposition of distribution centers, office/warehouse facilities, manufacturing facilities and Land.

Robert Walker joined our firm as an Industrial Brokerage Advisor in 2003. Robert is a native Louisvillian and an experienced sales and leasing agent. Robert earned certification by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), indicating Robert’s expertise in financial and market analysis and his ability to guide clients toward sound real estate decisions.
