About

Robert R. Lowe is an Executive Vice Chairman with over 30 years of real estate brokerage and consulting experience, all with C&W. He began his career working in C&W’s NYC Downtown office for 14 years. In early 2002, he relocated with his team to the Midtown office. He has represented tenants in virtually every business sector—financial services, technology, media, entertainment, insurance, law, and not for profit. Rob is extremely active within C&W and is a member of the firm’s Global Advisory Board and co-leads the New York Technology Practice Group.

Over the course of his career, he has leased over 40M SF of office space. Rob’s many clients include Daiwa, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), MetLife, IQVIA, Natixis, Deloitte, Jane Street, Nomura, UBS, Katten Muchin Rosenman, Cozen O’Connor, Michael Kors, Brookfield Properties, the Rockefeller Group, John Hancock Life Insurance, the American Red Cross and the MTA.

Mr. Lowe has been ranked among C&W’s top 100 brokers nationally every year since 1998. He ranked as one of C&W’s top 10 brokers worldwide in 2022, 2020, 2019, and 2011, and is consistently one of C&W’s top 25 brokers worldwide. He has received numerous awards within C&W throughout his career and is a four-time finalist for the prestigious Real Estate Board of New York’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award. On multiple occasions, he has been recognized by Real Estate Forum, a national publication focusing on the real estate industry, as one of the top brokers in New York City.
