Mike Keane currently serves as Principal of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Mike has built a practice focused on healthcare tenant representation and capital markets transactions. He has led over $800 million in deals, including several large-scale sale-leaseback portfolios, and serves as a long-time advisor to a multi-billion-dollar healthcare system with locations across Wisconsin.

Earlier in his career, Mike was embedded at GE Healthcare as a Corporate Real Estate Consultant through Cushman & Wakefield. He managed global real estate strategies, crafted detailed business cases, and oversaw lease audits and tax appeals across the U.S. This corporate experience gave him a deep understanding of how real estate supports broader business objectives—an insight he brings to every client relationship.
