About

Mike Donaldson serves as Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield's Florida Multifamily Advisory Group, where he co-leads the firm's multifamily investment sales platform across Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, Central Florida, and North Florida. He specializes in advising and representing institutional investors, private capital groups, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the state.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Mr. Donaldson and his business partner, Nick Meoli, have leveraged 40 years of combined multifamily experience to deliver exceptional results for their clients. Their expertise spans the full spectrum of multifamily investment sales, including value-add communities, new construction and development projects, portfolio transactions, build-to-rent (BTR) and single-family rental (SFR) communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales, and distressed assets across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets.

Throughout their careers, the team has successfully represented clients in the sale of more than 100,000 multifamily units and has earned recognition among the industry's top-performing investment sales professionals. They have also established themselves as leading advisors in portfolio transactions throughout Central and North Florida, closing 33 portfolio sales totaling more than 10,000 units. Their deep market knowledge, strategic advisory approach, and consistent execution have made them trusted partners to investors and developers across Florida.
