Michael Foreman began his career in real estate brokerage services over 8 years ago specializing in Office and Industrial Leasing in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He has worked on a number of institutional grade project leasing assignments, major tenant representation assignments and infill land acquisitions. Michael’s role over the past 4 plus years, since joining Cushman & Wakefield in Houston, has involved everything from negotiating lease terms on behalf of tenants, marketing institutional grade industrial parks, and identifying infill land acquisition opportunities on behalf of various investment groups and developers.

Mr. Foreman has completed over 350 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million. Although a large percentage of his early transaction experience was that of a Landlord Leasing Specialist representing over 10 million square feet of space, he has built a reputation primarily as an advocate for the tenant and is very versed in the transaction process as well as governance requirements.
