Melinda Marino is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she leads Industrial Capital Markets business across Northern California. She advises institutional investors, developers, and corporate owners on investment sales, recapitalizations, equity raises, and strategic capital solutions across one of the country's most dynamic industrial real estate markets.

Melinda brings a combination of principal-side investment experience, institutional capital markets expertise, and investment banking discipline. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was a Director with JLL's Industrial Capital Markets group, where she advised clients on the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of industrial real estate assets throughout Northern California. At Invesco, Melinda was focused on sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial investments across the west coast. She has a solid understanding of how institutional capital evaluates risk, structures transactions, and allocates investment capital.

Melinda began her career in Infrastructure Investment Banking at Barclays, advising public and private sector clients on financings, capital planning, and strategic transactions. Her client work included clients such as PG&E, San Francisco International Airport, BART and numerous utility and irrigation districts throughout California and Washington.

Over the course of her career, Melinda has been involved in a broad range of institutional real estate and capital markets transactions, including investment sales, equity raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and joint venture structures. Her ability to bridge the perspectives of owners, operators, and investors allows her to help clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.
