Matt Jacobs is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial team in Austin, TX, representing occupiers and landlords on assignments in the Austin MSA and nationwide. He joined the firm in January 2022 from a regional developer, where he focused on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Over his 13-year career in commercial real estate, Matt has completed over $575 million in transaction volume and today markets several million square feet of industrial product across Central Texas. His practice spans tenant representation, agency leasing, and complex lease and contract negotiations, with particular depth advising manufacturers and growth-stage industrial occupiers.
