Juliana is a member of the South Florida Industrial team, working alongside Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Matthew McAllister, Christopher Thomson, and Julie Miller. As a broker specialist, she brings a sharp understanding of the regional market and a commitment to delivering strategic solutions for her clients.

She began her career in commercial real estate as an intern with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City, where she supported the office leasing team and gained hands-on experience in one of the nation’s most dynamic markets. Juliana holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business, equipping her with a strong foundation in both client relations and market analysis.
