Jordan McCarley is an Executive Vice Chair of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charlotte office. Jordan has nearly 20 years of experience in the Carolinas, providing multifamily investment advisory services to institutional and private-capital investors and developers. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the disposition of more than 700 transactions valued at more than $20 billion. Jordan leads the Carolinas Institutional team alongside Paul Marley and Alex McDermott.

Jordan has been named a CoStar Power Broker since 2010 and was recognized as Real Estate Forum’s Emerging Leader in Multifamily in 2015.

Education

Jordan McCarley holds a BBA in Risk Management from the University of Georgia.
