About
Jeff Holding joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as an Executive Director located in Fort Lauderdale. He focuses on office tenant representation services, East Broward County sales assignments and leasing/sales transactions for financial institutions. Bringing over 40 years of experience and unsurpassed market knowledge of Broward County's commercial real estate market, Jeff has been directly involved in literally thousands of leasing and/or sales transactions with a total value into the billions of dollars.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff was with CBRE for nearly 20 years, holding multiple rolls within the company. Jeff began his commercial real estate career with The Regency Group (original company prior to today’s Regency Centers) in 1986.

Jeff along with A.J. Belt advise their clients through the leasing (or sales) process whether the case is relocating an office, renewing at an existing location, or opening a new location. They assist their clients in uncovering all opportunities that fit the clients' specific needs and serve as a trusted advisor in negotiating the economic terms of the lease until a formal agreement is reached with the new/existing landlord(s). Although every client assignment varies in some form or fashion, each one shares the same bottom-line result of minimizing the future occupancy costs for the client. Jeff has over thirty years of experience in office brokerage, and A.J. has been in the industry for over thirteen years since joining forces with Jeff. Their combined tenure has been spent while living and working in Fort Lauderdale. They are considered one of the preeminent tenant representation teams active in Broward County today.
