With 20 years of professional experience, Jason Ward, Executive Managing Director is focused on the Global Tenant representation of firms with multi market locations, agency leasing, office & industrial property sales. Jason specializes in Global portfolio transaction management, strategy, financial analysis, strategic lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and the mitigation of his client’s occupancy cost for the 2.5 million square foot portfolio that Mr. Ward actively manages on behalf of his clients.

Jason is an established leader in the Southern California brokerage community and is consistently a top producing broker in the Orange County office of Cushman & Wakefield. Over his career, Jason has played an active role in negotiating over $2.50 Billion in lease and sale transactions. He has established a reputation of knowledge, reliability and professionalism in representing a broad spectrum of clients in the commercial real estate market.

Education

Mr. Ward received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California. Mr. Ward is an active member of CoreNet Global and NAIOP. Jason lives in Newport Beach with his wife and 3 kids.
