About

Jae is a senior member on the well-established Gill, Burns, Yoo brokerage team based out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Los Angeles office.  The formal team comprised of four brokers – Brandon Gill, Brandon Burns, Jae Yoo and Charley Koones – offers over 80 years of combined real estate experience.   The team exclusively focuses on sale, leasing, and development of industrial properties.

For over two decades, Jae has been specializing in disposition and acquisition of industrial and commercial properties (owner-user, development, adaptive reuse, investments) in the Greater Los Angeles region.  Jae and his team continue to deliver superior results on complex transactions for their vast network of both private and institutional clientele. 

Fluent in Korean, Jae has worked with many of the major Korean businesses – ranging from local private businesses to major corporations. 

Prior to his real estate career, Jae worked as a Construction Litigation Consultant for a publicly traded international consulting firm, utilizing his Civil & Environmental Engineering background.
