He has worked for notable clients such as: TIAA/Nuveen, Affinius Capital, Clarion, NewTower Trust/Bentall Green Oak, Brookfield Properties, Ares, BP America, Baker Hughes, AEW, and Hines in Texas and across the U.S. He has appraised single properties ranging to over one million square feet in size and institutional portfolios comprised of more than a dozen properties.

George joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 from Colliers where he provided primarily appraisal services. He brings with him more than 35 years of real estate valuation, due diligence, and consulting experience. Prior to Colliers, George worked with ThoreenHale Commercial Real Estate Advisors, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and E&Y/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
