About

Evan is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield with an expertise and focus on Class A office and life science leasing and sales. He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s national Life Science Practice Group and provides invaluable support to landlords and tenants with his diverse skillset and market knowledge. Evan leverages his unique developer/operator skillset in leasing, asset management, design and construction, and business plan execution to understand his clients’ goals and deliver successful outcomes throughout all facets of the deal cycle.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Evan was a member of Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately-held life science real estate owner in the nation, where he led the firm’s leasing and asset management execution across their 8 million square foot portfolio in the San Diego and San Francisco Bay Area markets. Prior to Longfellow, Evan held critical roles at some of the most well-respected developer firms in the region, including Cruzan and Irvine Company. To date, he has completed over 5 million square feet of life science and office lease transactions.  

Evan holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine, where he was a member of the university’s NCAA Division I baseball team and competed in the College World Series. He currently resides in Encinitas with his wife and son.
