Cushman & Wakefield professional Healthcare Real Estate specialist Erika Eckblad joined the firm’s healthcare team in July 2022 and has since completed more than 150 healthcare transactions totaling over $150 million in lease consideration. Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as 2023 Broker of the Year by Healthpeak Properties (previously Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) and a 2025 GlobeSt. Healthcare Influencer of the Year award recipient.

Before transitioning into brokerage, Erika built a strong commercial real estate foundation at CBRE, where she managed more than 5 million square feet of Class A office, medical, industrial, and retail properties. During her six years in property management, she developed a passion for leasing and sales while obtaining her real estate licenses in both Michigan and Arizona.

Erika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University Ann Arbor, where she was also a four-year member of the women’s soccer program. Her competitive spirit, strategic mindset, and client-focused approach continue to drive her success in the evolving healthcare real estate industry.
