About

Emma Olsen is a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield’s West Los Angeles office. In her current role, Ms. Olsen provides a broad range of commercial valuation and advisory services, working closely with clients across a range of property types throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Olsen gained extensive real estate valuation experience as an Appraiser Trainee with Vestal Real Estate Valuation and Moses Jordan Jr. Appraisal. Her responsibilities in these roles included analyzing financial and market data, conducting property inspections, and assisting in the preparation of USPAP-compliant commercial appraisal reports across a diverse range of property types throughout the region.

Ms. Olsen's experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation in commercial real estate, including coursework in valuation, finance, investment analysis, and development. She also brings operational experience from her time at Marina City Club, where she coordinated unit renovations, managed contractor relationships, and oversaw tenant transitions, providing a well-rounded understanding of real estate assets from both an ownership and valuation perspective.
