Drew is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Greenville Industrial team. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Drew served as the Senior Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Carolinas region. In this role, he published quarterly market reports for national distribution, developed new analyses from raw data, and provided thought leadership in the commercial real estate industry.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Drew worked in the staffing and recruiting industry as a Human Resources Manager and in the residential real estate industry with Berkshire Hathaway as a Realtor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
