About

Cole is a Senior Director in the Cushman & Wakefield office in Fort Collins, Colorado. He specializes in the lease and sale of retail, land, industrial, and office asset classes, and he generally focuses on landlord representation, new development, and tenant/buyer representation in Northern Colorado and Wyoming. He has participated in over 300 transactions, totaling more than $250,000,000 across all property types. Cole’s entrepreneurial spirit allows him to problem solve and persevere on behalf of his clients. Cole values maintaining strong relationships with clients and is a dedicated proponent in helping them achieve their goals. 

Cole graduated from the University of Wyoming with double majors in Finance and Economics. When he’s not 
working, Cole enjoys skiing, running, and spending time with his family and friends.
