With a comprehensive background across all property types in commercial-investment real estate, Casey brings invaluable expertise to every transaction. His real estate journey began as he gained hands-on experience as a leasing and property management intern, contributing to the management and development of 17 commercial retail properties across the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. He then understood that his calling was more related to the underwriting and analysis side of Real Estate and began his role as a financial analyst with a nationwide commercial appraiser. As a Florida native, Casey ultimately moved back to the Treasure Coast to further hone his commercial appraisal skills as a research analyst for a Florida-based commercial appraiser. He then was recruited as a Sales Associate at NAI Southcoast working directly with one of the Partners, Douglas Legler, to further grow what is now their Industrial & Retail focused team. They have completed over $60 million in transactions year after year and are diligently working to sharpen their tools to fulfill anything requested of them within large or small Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
