About

Aubrey Waddell, Chief Executive Officer of Occupier Integrated Services (OIS), joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, bringing with her 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and services across multiple industries. OIS delivers comprehensive, integrated real estate solutions globally, including facilities management and engineering, workplace experience, space planning, occupancy management, project management, lease administration, transaction management, portfolio strategy, and strategic consulting. 

Prior to the formation of OIS, Aubrey served as Chief Executive of Global Occupier Services (GOS), where she led the firm’s occupier-focused real estate solutions business for some of the world’s largest organizations. In that role, she helped drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and advance integrated service delivery across workplace strategy, portfolio management, transactions, project management, and facilities management. 

Her leadership approach focuses on commercial outcomes, underpinned by a strategic vision that positions our firm and clients for long-term growth. Aubrey believes in addressing each client’s unique needs and challenges through a partnership model, built on the pillars of transparency and flexibility in service delivery. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aubrey was with JLL for 12 years, culminating in her role as Managing Director of Commercial for the Work Dynamics division. She also held the position of General Counsel for Americas Work Dynamics, with a highly successful record in negotiating complex multi-national transactions, shaping preferred commercial models, and mitigating enterprise risk.  

Aubrey’s professional career began in the field of Real Estate Law with firms DLA Piper US LLP and Alston Bird LLP, before her tenure at JLL starting in 2009.
