Andy Jansen is President of Project & Development Services (PDS) at Cushman & Wakefield, where he sets the vision for the Americas PDS business and leads the execution of a full-scale growth strategy across the platform. In this role, Andy works with investor and occupier clients—mobilizing C&W resources, advancing technology-enabled service delivery, and evolving a next-generation delivery model focused on quality, consistency, and client outcomes. 

Andy brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the built environment, enterprise technology, and professional services. Most recently, he served as an Enterprise Account Director at Neo4j, the world’s leading graph database and connected data analytics platform.  Recognized annually as a top producer, Andy led revenue growth across Fortune 500 and global enterprise clients in insurance, pharmaceuticals, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, energy and utilities. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andy co-founded BuiltWorlds and Hard Hat Hub—industry platforms focused on innovation and talent across architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate. Andy also held senior leadership roles at The Patrick Companies, supporting large-scale design and construction management projects while leading business development and human capital initiatives. 

Andy received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
