About
AJ is a Director within our Project and Development Services team based in Tysons Corner, VA. With over 15 years of construction management experience, AJ provides strategic leadership and oversight on complex projects totaling over $30 million. He brings a strong background in both public and private sector delivery, with a focus on federal, state, and local government programs, including secure and mission-critical facilities. As a senior leader, AJ guides multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and execution, providing oversight across owner’s representation, construction management, procurement, and project controls while ensuring performance against cost, schedule, quality, and compliance objectives.
AJ also provides executive oversight for mission-critical and data center projects, as well as secure-facility (ICD-705 / SCIF) programs for federal clients, supporting efforts from planning through construction and accreditation. He works closely with agency stakeholders, project teams, and security representatives to manage risk, align requirements, and position projects for successful delivery and acceptance.
AJ previously served as a Project Manager at HITT Contracting and is an active member of both the National Federal Development Association (NFDA) and CoreNet Global. He also brings prior experience in accounting and real estate, providing a well-rounded, strategic perspective to project delivery.
