About

Alston Offutt serves as a Director in the Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. She specializes in representing occupier clients in lease transactions locally in the metropolitan Washington, DC area and nationally. Alston leverages her background on the owner and investor advisory side of the business to assist her clients with lease analysis and ownership and debt structuring. She successfully advises clients on developing and implementing workplace solutions to reduce occupancy costs with a focus on long-term real estate strategies.  

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Alston focused on Landlord Representation in the Washington, DC market. She played a key role in advising investors and property owners on real estate leasing and asset strategy, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and commitment to optimizing property performance.
