Mr. Rosado serves as a Director within the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield Regional, LLC since 2017. Mr. Rosado is part of the Houston, Texas Office Specialty Practice Group, which is led by Scott Rando, MAI.

In this role, he specializes in the valuation of office and industrial properties (distribution warehouses) across diverse market conditions, providing critical insights to institutional investors, lenders, corporate clients and property owners.

Since entering the industry, Mr. Rosado has developed a comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset-level performance drivers. His experience spans assignments involving both stabilized and transitional assets, complex ownership structures, and properties requiring detailed highest and best use analysis.

Mr. Rosado’s valuation experience includes the following:

• Office: Extensive work with various office properties such as high-rise central business district assets to low-rise suburban assets as well as corporate headquarter facilities. In addition, he has extensive experience with mixed-use (office and retail) assets and transitional assets.
• Industrial: Valuation of distribution warehouses (improved and proposed).
• Retail: Appraisal of big box department stores.
• Multifamily: Experience with a wide range of multifamily product types such as garden-style low-rise to student housing.
• Land

Throughout his career, Mr. Rosado has completed assignments for a wide array of purposes, including financing, acquisitions, portfolio valuation, financial reporting, and litigation support.
