Alex Light joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024 as an associate broker supporting the Greater Baltimore Office Team. With a strong focus on the Baltimore–Washington region, he works closely with his team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Since coming onboard, Alex has completed a wide range of lease transactions, representing both private and institutional landlords as well as numerous emerging local businesses throughout the area.

Leveraging his MBA and solid background in financial analysis and modeling, he provides strategic, insight-driven leasing solutions. Alex’s commitment to client success and his deep understanding of the market make him a valuable member of the team. He is also part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Government Contracting Practice Group, specializing in high‑growth cyber and DoD contractors operating in and around Ft. Meade/NSA.
