About

A.J. Belt joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Fort Lauderdale office in 2016, specializing in Office Brokerage and Tenant Advisory Services. A.J. specifically focuses on representing and advising occupiers with their needs, including workplace strategies and financial analysis, with a specialty in office leasing and acquisitions. Throughout his twenty-year career, Belt has handled over eight million square feet of leasing and sales transactions valued at over $750M in consideration.

A.J. is a pillar of the Fort Lauderdale community, serving as a board member and volunteer coach for Youth Impact Center, a faith-based community wrestling and tutoring center. In addition, he volunteers his time coaching soccer and baseball for the City of Fort Lauderdale.

A.J. graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. A.J. and his wife, Jennifer, married in 2020 and now have two sons.
