Practice includes tenant representation and landlord representation. Core to practice is the repositioning of assets to improve value and position in the marketplace, involved in leasing of over 7.8 million square feet of office/medical and mixed-use product, completing transactions involving more than 5.75 million square feet for a gross total consideration of over $517 million dollars.
