DALLAS, March 4, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the technology firm Yardi has leased 70,106 square feet at 7900 Windrose in Plano, Texas.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle, Travis Boothe, Carrie Halbrooks, Mary Frances Burnette, David Harris, Tom Wille represented ownership, with Stream Realty Partners’ Randy Cooper, Wills Bauer and Nate Hruby represented Yardi.
“7900 Windrose offers a remarkable workplace in one of North Dallas’s best and most accessible locations,” said Schendle, Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair. “Bringing Yardi to the building is a win-win for both the building and the new tenant, as 7900 Windrose is a prime destination for companies seeking a flight to quality and well-amenitized, premier office space. The transaction also is a further example of the DFW office market’s momentum, where we’re seeing a number of sizable occupiers move off the sidelines and make impactful decisions regarding their real estate.”
Located in the Legacy master-planned development, 7900 Windrose is a 19-story, 1 million-square-foot Class AA office tower. With the Yard transaction, the LEED Gold building is now over 90% leased. The property includes a 25,000-square-foot food hall, onsite Starbucks, two shared rooftop garden lounges, conference facilities, catering facilities, multiple tenant lounges, bike storage and a fitness center inclusive of showers and locker rooms. Amenities within walking distance include 78 retail and 83 dining establishments, 49 service businesses and three hotels.
