About

Naoya is a Design Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, project management, and development planning. His career includes design work at the Office of Ryue Nishizawa and Nikken Sekkei, leading the interior design of over 15,000 sqm of shared spaces in a major commercial complex in Wuhan with NODE (NOMURA Group), and more recently delivering a wide range of workplace projects, including those for global co-working brands. Building on these experiences, he specializes in integrating business objectives, spatial experience, and brand value into cohesive, high-impact design solutions. He also brings artistic insight from his work as a painter, adding fresh perspective and depth to his approach to spatial design. He joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Design Manager in 2025.
