Patrick Hogan is an International Partner and Head of EMEA Living and Living Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the Living Sector. He is an experienced advisor in PRS/BTR investment and operation, as well as student accommodation, seniors housing and co-living. Over the past decade with the firm, Patrick has played a pivotal role in shaping our Living Capital Markets strategy. Prior to his current EMEA leadership role, Patrick led the top-performing Living Capital Markets team in Ireland. Today, Patrick focuses on strengthening the firm’s Living platform across the EMEA region, with a particular emphasis on facilitating cross-border capital flows.

Patrick has developed his expertise across the Irish real estate investment landscape, with a career focused on capital markets activity within the living and residential sectors. His experience encompasses the full spectrum of transactional advisory, from the structuring and execution of investment deals through to strategic guidance on portfolio positioning.
