John Behan is a Divisional Director within the Valuation & Advisory team in Ireland, based in the Dublin office.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and has 20 years’ experience in providing valuations and general property related advice to a wide range of clients in a number of different sectors.

John has valued properties for all the major Financial Institutions, State Bodies and Private Clients. He has also been involved with the provision of strategic advice on property portfolios and individual properties to numerous Financial Institutions, Receivers and Private Clients.

John has expertise in a wide range of assets from Office, Residential, Retail, Industrial and Development Land properties.

John is a Registered Valuer and a member of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
