In her role as State Director, Steafannie leads our Victoria team ranging from Project Coordinators to Senior Project Managers. Her leadership thrives on effective communication, role clarity, delegation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and process optimisation, ensuring her team's continuous growth and alignment with organisational goals.
