Having spent the past seven years building WA’s leading industrial brokerage platforms, Nick's team offers our clients a stable, highly experienced and diverse service offering.

With over 20 years of experience in the WA market personally, Nick has an extensive track record across many economic cycles, allowing him to provide his clients with insight and advice based on transactional experience and ‘front line’ data. This has been invaluable to his relationships which include a cross section of key stakeholders including property trusts, syndicators, private investors, local and national developers, major occupiers and government.
