Before joining the firm, Josh was Head of National Investment Sales at another multinational commercial real estate services company where he worked on some of the country’s largest portfolio sales campaigns.

He leads the firm's regional capital markets platform, bringing together origination and advisory expertise across Asia Pacific to support investors navigating an increasingly complex commercial real estate landscape.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Josh held the role of Head of National Investment Sales at another multinational commercial real estate services company, where he worked on some of Australia's largest portfolio sales campaigns. In 2017, he co-founded Inc RE, a capital markets firm focused on commercial sales that went on to complete more than $1 billion worth of transactions before being acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. That entrepreneurial grounding continues to shape how he approaches capital markets advisory today.
