E-tender Notice for the Provision of Reactive Maintenance

Cushman & Wakefield are seeking to engage contractors in the Western Sydney region, for the provision of reactive maintenance services to public schools in the region.   

As an agent to Schools Infrastructure (SI), our focus is engaging local contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service ­ideally within 30 minutes, or 50 kilometres. If you or your business can self-deliver reactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process. 

In addition to increasing our engagement of local contractors, we are also seeking to grow the number of local Aboriginal businesses we work with and increase employment opportunities for Aboriginal employees, apprentices and trainees. 
 
We have Aboriginal Senior Program Officers who are able to help Aboriginal businesses, and local contractors who already employ or are looking to employ Aboriginal employees, apprentices, and trainees.

  • Automated Doors  
  • Consultancy - Engineer  
  • Flooring  
  • Builder (including fire doors) 
  • Pest Control - Termites  
  • Pump Technician  
  • Specialty Services - Circus Equipment  
  • Roofer  
  • Security – CCTV/Alarm/Access Control 
  • Machinery Technician
  • Specialty Services - Medical Hoists  
  • Specialty Services - Specialist Sullage Removalist  
  • Blue Mountains - Plumbing 
  • Blue Mountains - Pest Control 
  • Blue Mountains - Carpenter 
  • Blue Mountains - Builder 
  • Blue Mountains - Security - CCTV 
  • Blue Mountains - Security - Alarm

Please note while this is an open tender, some services may be removed once we have received ample coverage across the portfolio.  

What’s required for a successful submission? 

Completed responses must be submitted via the TenderLink electronic tender box. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 
Should technical assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact TenderLink Customer Support on 1800-233-533.  

Each submission requires the below to be provided to be evaluated: 

  • Motor Vehicle Insurance 
  • Workers Comp 
  • Public Liability 
  • Company Contractor Licence or Certificates (if applicable) 
  • Valid Working With Children’s Checks for all employees for PAID work 
  • Completed Document 2 Contractor Submission Form 
  • Completed Document 7 LC WOMS Upload 
  • Completed Document 8 Trades Person Data  

If you are a sole trader, please also provide Personal Accident Insurance 

If you are a First Nations owned business please provide Certificate of Registration from either Supply Nation, NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce, or, Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations 

Enquiries 

Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via the TenderLink online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
