Throughout his career, he has been involved in transactions of varying scale and complexity, supporting organizations through expansion, consolidation, and workplace transformation initiatives. His expertise includes corporate representation, end-to-end transaction management, and the strategic, operational, and financial analysis of real estate projects.

Hernán studied Marketing at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES), completed a University Program in Asset Negotiation at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN), and attended the Executive Real Estate Program at Universidad de San Andrés.
