Katrina advises landowners, developers, investors and public sector organisations on navigating the planning system to unlock development opportunities and maximise asset value. Her expertise spans a broad range of sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, leisure, retail and education developments.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Katrina has played a key role in growing the firm's planning presence across Yorkshire and the North Midlands, leading multidisciplinary teams on strategic planning projects and major development schemes.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Katrina held senior planning roles with leading planning consultancies, building a strong track record in securing planning permissions and advising on complex development and regeneration opportunities.
