About
As Global Head of the Korea Desk at Cushman & Wakefield, based in London, Jay Kim has led development projects, investment advisory across the UK and continental Europe over the past nine years.
Jay joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 following the completion of his MBA in the UK. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent a decade as an investment banker at Hanwha Investment & Securities in Korea, where he specialised in structured finance, corporate finance, and M&A advisory.
With 10 years of investment banking experience in Korea and extensive cross-border expertise, Jay provides comprehensive investment advisory services across acquisitions, disposals, capital raising, and strategic advisory for outbound Asian capital.
Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Manchester, UK, and an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.
