James heads up Occupier Representation in our City of London office. With over 12 years experience of working with a wide range of corporate occupiers on a pan European basis, he has a strong track record in office space occupier representation.

He joined the firm in London in 1999, having qualified as a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998.

After a few years in the Client Solutions team, James transferred to Italy where he ran C&W’s market-leading office leasing business for over 6 years before returning to London at the end of 2011 to focus on the City of London market.
