UDIMA Educational Group has taken a decisive step in its consolidation and growth strategy with the acquisition of a building located at 30 Paseo del General Martínez Campos, in Madrid's Chamberí district, through an off-market transaction advised by Cushman & Wakefield and supported by Ramón y Cajal Abogados.

The property, which will become the institution's future headquarters in Madrid following a comprehensive refurbishment process, comprises approximately 10,000 sq m. The building is currently vacant, having previously housed the Directorate-General for Taxation of the Regional Ministry of Finance.

The acquisition responds to a strategic decision driven by the Educational Group's leadership in the higher education sector, built on the strength of its educational model and its ongoing commitment to innovation. This milestone also coincides with the upcoming celebration of its 50th anniversary, marking half a century of continuous adaptation to the evolving needs of the academic and professional environment.

"This decision represents a decisive step in our growth and consolidation process and reflects our long-term vision as an institution. We envision our future headquarters as a high-performance environment that will enable us to strengthen our operational capacity, meet growing student demand, and continue advancing our commitment to rigorous, up-to-date, and high-quality education tailored to the evolving needs of today's educational landscape," said Arturo de las Heras García, President of CEF.- UDIMA Educational Group.

"The education sector continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the real estate market, driving demand for assets in central locations and established urban areas. Transactions such as this reflect a clear commitment to enhancing the quality of educational facilities and adapting them to new learning models, with greater flexibility and a stronger focus on the user experience," said Ignacio Oyarzun, Partner, Business Space at Cushman & Wakefield Spain.
