About
Paweł Partyka is a Partner and Head of Capital Markets Poland at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Warsaw. He leads the firm's Capital Markets team, advising investors on the sale, acquisition and structuring of commercial real estate assets across the Polish market.
Paweł joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 and, over the course of his career, has advised on more than EUR 5 billion worth of investment transactions. He was appointed Head of Capital Markets Poland in 2023, a role that reflects his long-standing contribution to the team and his standing as one of the country's leading real estate investment advisors. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Tilburg University.
Paweł's advisory approach is built on deep market knowledge and a clear understanding of investor priorities. He is regarded as a specialist in logistics and retail property transactions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of acquisitions and disposals while drawing on close working relationships with active capital sources across the region. His focus on structured, insight-led strategies ensures clients are positioned to act decisively in a competitive investment environment.
His remit spans Poland's principal investment markets, with particular depth in Warsaw and the country's key regional hubs. This geographic reach allows him to support both domestic investors and international capital seeking exposure to Central and Eastern Europe's evolving property landscape.
Paweł's expertise extends across multiple asset classes, most notably logistics and industrial property and retail real estate, while the wider Capital Markets team he leads also advises on office and residential investment.
