2025 Sustainability Report

NEW YORK - Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, today released its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the firm’s continued progress and expanded impact across its global operations. The report outlines key advancements made in 2025 and the firm’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its commitments while helping shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for its people, clients, business, planet and communities.

Sustainability is embedded across Cushman & Wakefield’s global operations and service offerings and remains a core focus for the firm. The 2025 report underscores how the firm is driving measurable progress—expanding its sustainability services globally, advancing environmental performance and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients. It also reflects the firm’s commitment to transparency and accountability as it helps clients navigate complexity, manage risk and unlock new opportunities.

At Cushman & Wakefield, advancing a more sustainable future remains a strategic imperative for our business and our clients,” said Nathaniel Robinson, Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at Cushman & Wakefield. By aligning sustainability with our broader strategic priorities, we’re helping clients enhance asset performance, reduce emissions and operational costs, unlock opportunities for growth, and build resilience—while setting a higher standard for value creation across the real estate industry.

Cushman & Wakefield is uniquely positioned to help clients turn sustainability ambitions into operational reality,” said Stephanie Greene, Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability Services at Cushman & Wakefield. “With approximately 6.5 billion square feet of real estate under management globally, we have the scale and expertise to not just advise clients on sustainability, but to help them implement at a scale that moves the needle. We sit at the center of the built environment’s defining challenge—real estate is one of the largest drivers of global emissions, and one of the most powerful levers for reducing them. Doing so unlocks measurable benefits for resilience and long-term asset value.
