Yunus Erciyas to Lead Logistics & Industrial Agency Frankfurt & Central Region; Fabian Scholz and Tom Gosmann Join as Partner and Director
Cushman & Wakefield continues the strategic expansion of its Logistics & Industrial business in Germany, further strengthening its presence in Frankfurt and the Central region. With the appointments of Yunus Erciyas, Fabian Scholz, and Tom Gosmann, three highly experienced and well-established real estate advisors are joining Cushman & Wakefield together.
Effective January 1, 2027, Yunus Erciyas will assume the role of Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Frankfurt & Central Region, leading the company’s business in the region. Fabian Scholz will join as Partner, and Tom Gosmann as Director, both effective December 1, 2026.
Erciyas, Scholz, and Gosmann have worked successfully together for approximately ten years. During this time, they jointly built and continuously expanded Colliers’ Logistics & Industrial business in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region. They bring extensive experience in advising property owners and occupiers, deep knowledge of regional markets, and a strong network developed over many years.
With this strategic team move, Cushman & Wakefield is significantly enhancing its advisory capabilities and market presence in one of Germany’s most important logistics hubs. At the same time, the company is laying the foundation for the continued growth of its Logistics & Industrial Agency in the Central region and for even closer integration with its nationwide platform.
